City Eyeworks LLC

In 2010, longtime friends Pam Chin and Stacy Taketa were inspired to open their own optometry clinic, and thus, City Eyeworks was born. Their philosophy is to provide thoughtful, informative eyecare and they continue to integrate service to underserved communities into their business mission. Dr. Taketa was born and raised in Seattle and attended Seattle University. She is experienced in ocular disease and refractive surgery. Dr. Chin was born and raised in Richmond Canada and worked at many clinics in the King County area, fitting specialty contact lenses and co-managing lasik surgery and diabetic eye care.

Fun fact: Pam and Stacy both have traveled internationally to provide optometry care in rural communities.
