Cloud Nine Creamery

The Din Tai Fung in University Village has a Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream right next door, which Andrew Hagee and Gino Judd agreed is an important finale to the “dumpling night out” experience. So, when Din Tai Fung came to Tukwila’s Westfield Southcenter mall, the two were determined to open an ice cream shop of their own. Cloud Nine Creamery is a special ice cream shop because every batch of ice cream is frozen right in front of the customer using liquid nitrogen. The ice cream science alone is a novelty, but the two have also innovated exciting flavors like banana cream pie and triple chocolate brownie. There’s even a scoop that comes with a side of french fries, mmm.
