Dionne “Cloudy” Himmelfarb opened Cloudy Cafe in 2025 to create a space for family and friends to gather, combining her Indonesian roots, passion for community, and decades of experience in baking and pastry. Cloudy’s menu is a celebration of her background, while highlighting local and seasonal PNW ingredients. Chef Dionne has been a longtime force in Seattle’s food scene (Mt. Joy, Canlis, Ethan Stowell Restaurants), and now brings her experience to Cloudy Cafe.
