Cocktail Emporium – Union Station

Kristen Voisey opened Cocktail Emporium as Toronto’s one-stop shop for building the perfect at-home cocktail. In addition to gorgeous and functional bar tools and glassware, the store’s shelves aim to inspire you to spruce up your drinks with tasty ingredients, from a bevy of bitters and unique syrups to a variety of jarred cherries made without electric red food coloring.
