In 2018, sisters Sarah Alisdairi Close and Lana Alisdairi opened Cocobolo, a Tacoma slow fashion boutique that approaches fashion with a less is more attitude. They focus on ethical sourcing and environmental consciousness. The store carries its own slow fashion house line, produced by Lana, in addition to a selection of ethical indie brands and curated vintage.
