Coffee Tree & Bop

Coffee Tree Seattle began because owner Ryan Lee’s wife wanted to start a local cafe. In 2012, they opened their first location, and eventually added a second location, Coffee Tree & Poke, and then a third, Coffee Tree & Bop. All of the cafes are located in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood. Each location has its unique offerings, but all share a commitment to serving local roaster coffees, delicious food, and providing quick, friendly service. As a community hub, Coffee Tree is the perfect gathering place for friends, neighbors, and colleagues to relax and enjoy quality food and beverages.
