In December 2023, T.C. Liang opened her charming cafe, Corner Delights in the former Essential Bakery space in Seattle’s Madison Valley. Enjoy a variety of delicious breakfast plates like avocado toast, breakfast sandwiches, or Eggs Benedict. They also offer freshly baked pastries, gluten-free cakes, and the perfect cup of coffee that goes with anything.
