Dancing Bear Chocolate Northern Chocolate Studio

Joe Skifter and Steven Howard decided to open Dancing Bear Chocolate Northern Chocolate Studio in North Minneapolis after two years of selling their rich and creamy chocolate treats and pastries on Esty and the occasional pop-up. Since opening in mid 2020, the duo has established their artisan chocolate and pasty shop as a weekend destination for uniquely flavored chocolates, assorted truffles, and the best hot cocoa in town. Other menu standouts include the chocolate-dipped nuts and fruits and a decadent fudge brownie appropriately dubbed the “Bear Paw.”
