Looking to unwind with a unique drink? Head over to Dark Room, a moody craft cocktail bar in the heart of Greenwood, Seattle. Bartender Matthew Gomez and Chef Amy Beaumier launched the spot in 2023, serving Korean small plates and inventive cocktails mixed with obscure spirits.

Sip on a refreshing Salted Watermelon Gin Fizz, made watermelon-infused NDC whey gin, or the rabarbaro and sweet vermouth-based Aqua Rhubarbie Girl. And make sure not to pass up on fan-favorite dishes like the Korean Meatballs or Kimchi Pimento Cheese served with crackers!
