Dingfelder’s Delicatessen

Vance Dingfelder and his wife Stephanie Hemsworth opened Dingfelder’s Delicatessen in 2018. Vance hails from the bustling streets of New York, learned to cook from his grandmother, and grew up working at his family’s diner. A traditional New York Jewish deli, Dingfelder’s is all about the meat and is known for its pastrami and corned beef sandwiches. The menu also includes bagels loaded with house-smoked salmon, potato latkes, and desserts like Rugalech and Babka.
