A vintage shop and a hair salon, all rolled into one? That’s what you’ll find at Tina Lucchesi and Seth Bogart’s Down at Lulu’s in Berkeley where you can grab your rock ‘n’ roll records after getting a haircut that rocks even harder. 

In 2006, Tina and Seth, local garage-punk legends in their own right, opened the vintage boutique as a destination for “weirdos of all kinds.” Today, Down at Lulu’s operates as a collective that’s managed by a crew of vintage collectors and enthusiasts happy to help you find the perfect new outfit or accessory.
