Dumpling Generation - Edmonds
Originally from Liaoning province in China, Hui Su and her husband ran her first restaurant in Anchorage for ten years before moving to Seattle when her daughter started at the University of Washington. Her Edmonds restaurant, Dumpling Generation opened in 2014 and serves up authentic Northeast Chinese cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh noodles and handmade dumplings, made from scratch daily.
