El Caporal

El Caporal has been serving authentic Mexican food to Maple Valley diners for over two decades! Juan and Alvaro Velasco launched the restaurant in 1991, offering plates of delicious tacos, burritos, and arroz con pollo prepared from beloved family recipes using fresh ingredients. 

Pair your meal with a glass of their house-made sangria or a refreshing margarita served icy smooth or “on the rocks.” They also offer a selection of Mexican beers, wine, and coffee beverages, including their signature El Caporal Cafe— espresso, kahlua, and tequila topped with whipped cream.
