Ian Peters’ Empire Roasters and Records in Seattle’s Columbia City neighborhood used to only be a coffee shop. Today, it’s so much more. The popular shop transformed its upstairs seating area into a record store in the midst of the pandemic. Pop by for your favorite caffeinated drink, and head upstairs to browse over 1,000 vinyl offerings displayed in wood bins and brightly colored Flipbins that were made by longtime friends of Ian’s.

Fun Fact: Ian is a music lover through and through! He studied music composition in college and has played in multiple bands!
