Anjelica Hayes opened the first Fat Cupcake shop in 2014 and has been making birthdays and weddings even more special since. On any given weekday, you can stop into her bakery to indulge in one of her amazing cupcake flavors. Customer favorites include the Charlie (chocolate cake, peanut butter cup baked inside, and peanut butter buttercream), Suit & Tie (marble cake, caramel buttercream, and sea salt), Dough Boy (chocolate cake, chocolate chip cookie dough frosting, and chocolate ganache), and The Professional (chocolate cream filled cookie baked inside white cake, and cookies ‘n’ cream buttercream).
