Fidel, Raul, and Sarah began Fidel & Co Coffee Roasters in 2019 to improve the coffee supply chain and put good coffee on the map. Winning the international Coffee Cup of Excellence award regularly, it’s no wonder they’re a popular stop in Little Rock’s East Village. 

At the heart of Fidel & Co is the core belief that everyone involved in coffee, from the farmers to the baristas and production staff, should be treated with dignity and compensated fairly.
