Filling Station Espresso

Cynthia “Cyndi” Dickson opened The Filling Station Espresso drive-thru in 1995 on a lot at the edge of Olympia’s downtown core. Cyndi’s coffee spot quickly became a beloved neighborhood staple and destination as she filled the surrounding lot her with food trucks featuring cuisine from around the world. After she passed away, Nineveh food truck owners Lisa and Jacob David, who worked alongside Cyndi for years, took over The Filling Station to continue Cyndi’s legacy.

Pro tip: Be sure to stop by on Sundays when Lisa and Jacob are frying up fresh doughnuts!
