Looking for a taco fix? Fire Tacos & Cantina is the place to be! In 2020, owners Erika Torres and Jorge Gonzalez decided to quit their jobs and open a taco truck in Kent.  Their delicious tacos de birria, featuring beef, lamb, or goat simmered in a rich adobo sauce, quickly won them a loyal fanbase. In 2022, they opened their first brick-and-mortar location near Alki Beach.

Each of their tacos is served on a handmade corn tortilla. Pair your meal with a refreshing beverage– they serve all-natural Agua Fresca in flavors like pomegranate lemonade as well as Mexican cocktails and lemonades topped with tajin and their signature chamoy rim paste.
