Growing up in Yucatán, Mexico, Santos Euan developed his passion for chocolate while grinding cocoa beans alongside his mother. After immigrating to San Francisco and apprenticing under well-known chocolatier Jean-Marc Gorce, Euan opened Five Star Truffles & Coffee, where he is the only employee, handcrafting over 100 pounds of gourmet truffles each week.
