Founded in 2016 by Executive Chef Eric Donnelly and Operations Manager Christy Donnelly, FlintCreek Cattle Co. serves up responsibily sourced, grass-fed, lean meats, from small-scale farms and ranches. Inspired by Western Montana’s big sky and roaming, free range cattle, the Donnellys present diners with bold flavors and a welcoming atmosphere.
