Fonda la Catrina
As a former construction company owner, it is no surprise that the beautiful industrial-chic and mural-covered interior of Enrique Trejo’s Mexican restaurant was his design. Named after a personage of Mexican folklore, Fonda la Catrina offers contemporary takes on Mexican classics.

My favorite tacos in Seattle! Hand-made tortillas and wonderful flavors combine for an awesome experience in house or for take out.
If you happen to be in Georgetown, be sure to stop by Fonda la Catrina for some tasty Mexican food such as the camarones and mole.
This is one of the places I bring everyone from out of town. Everything on the menu is incredible. I often order a meal to-go with my entree so that I’ve got more for later in the week.
