Forma Pasta

Forma Pasta, a handmade pasta retail store and subscription service, is the brainchild of couple Rebecca Romagnoli and Cole McLaughlin. Rebecca and Cole worked at The Vandal, a cafe in Lawrenceville, PA, as executive chef and operations manager, respectively, before creating their pasta business. After starting out with 12 pasta subscribers, demand for more launched a mini-marketplace in Pittsburgh full of grab and go sandwiches, cheeses, local cured meats, sauces, and dry and handmade pasta.
