Frank’s Oyster House & Champagne Parlor is named after owner Sarah Penn’s grandfather, who introduced her to the Boston area eateries that inspired the restaurant. Although oyster is in the name, Frank’s also offers delicious buttermilk fried chicken, deviled eggs topped with scallops, and more. Pair your meal with a cocktail, beer, glass of wine, or, of course, champagne. For Sarah, Frank’s Oyster House & Champagne Parlor is a homage to the East coast using Pacific Northwest ingredients.
