Owned by Blew Kind, Franny Lou’s Porch is a cafe and community space intended to connect black and marginalized folks to engage in activism, community support, and healing. Named after abolitionist Frances E.W. Harper and civil rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer, regulars come to tap into community, enjoy specialty lattes and pastries, and attend monthly events and performances.
