Fran’s Chocolates is a true Seattle treasure. Fran Bigelow opened her first chocolate shop in Madison Park in 1982, and has since been credited for launching an artisan chocolate renaissance in the United States. She now co-owns the chocolate company with her daughter Andrina and son Dylan.
