If you wake up on the weekends with a brunch itch that just needs scratching — Fuel Cafe is your new favorite neighborhood spot. There’s a little something for everyone at this friendly eatery. Feeling traditional? Ask for the eggs benedict (or the salmon benedict for extra pizazz). Eating plant-based? Get the vegan scramble. Sweet tooth? Belgian waffle, baby. Owner Kevin Shelby opened the spot in 2004, to cater to all food needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc) and all are invited to enjoy a little morning pick-me-up where the coffee pours and the good times roll.
