For those in the Seattle area craving West African flaky meat pies, spicy rubs, and savory stews, look no further than Tina Fahnbulleh’s Gold Coast Ghal Kitchen.
Tina founded her catering company when she moved to Seattle in 2016 and saw the city’s lack of West African cuisine. Born in Liberia and raised in Ghana, Tina put her culinary and cultural influences to work, creating pop-ups, cooking classes, Farmer’s Market vending booths, and packaged foods and products. As of November 2023, Gold Coast Ghal Kitchen can be found at their new brick and mortar location in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood.
