Each month, Sabrina creates a menu based on what’s fresh on the farm, featuring local produce, herbs, eggs, and more in deliciously creative ways.

Sabrina and her team personally pick out each ingredient from each farm so she can ensure her customers can enjoy the freshest, tastiest meals. She offers many different catering experiences so you can choose what’s best for your event, from multi-course plated meals to buffets of wild mushroom salmon and apple butter chicken to bechamel broccoli and baked brie.
