Guerilla Tacos

Guerilla Tacos has been delighting Los Angeles diners since 2012 with its delicious fast-casual Mexican street food and ten-dollar cocktails. Originally a humble food truck, the restaurant opened its first brick-and-mortar location on the corner of 7th and Mateo in 2018. Current owner Britney Valles took over from founder Chef Wes Avila in 2021, continuing to serve gourmet tacos inspired by the flavors of the city. 

Be sure to try the fan-favorite sweet potato taco, which has been on the menu since the very beginning. It comes topped with almond and cashew chile, feta cheese, and fried corn— smokey, sweet, and delicious.
