Gusto Bread
Gusto Bread began as a hobby. After moving into a new home in 2012 with a wood fire oven in the backyard, Arturo Enciso began experimenting with recipes and quickly found that he had a knack for making bread. The quest for perfecting his craft soon began and it took him all over the world. Upon returning, Enciso and his partner Ana Belén Salatino began selling fresh bread and pastries to the community of Long Beach from their cottage-style home. Some of their classics include fresh loaves of bread, conchas, horchata, café de olla, yerba mate, and other delightful goods. With loyal customers and success, they opened up a panadería storefront in 2020 and have been a staple since.
