Havana Sweets Bakeshop

After moving from Miami to Fremont and discovering the area’s need for a local Cuban bakery, Jason Diaz decided to start one of his own. He officially opened Havana Sweets Bakeshop in 2022, celebrating the unique flavors and aromas of Cuban culture with his authentic pastries, desserts, sandwiches, croquetas, and of course, Cuban coffee.

Try a delicious pastelito de queso, a roll of flaky puffy pastry filled with cream cheese and sprinkled with sugar before baking, or a heavenly slice of churro cheesecake dusted with cinnamon. Yum!
