Kristen Schumacher, affectionately referred to as “Chef Schu,” is a master of many trades. Passionate about food sustainability and teaching, she brings her wisdom to the classroom and to the table every week. Heirloom Cookshop is a unique space. It’s host to beautiful farm-to-table dinners and brunches Thursday-Sunday and exciting classes every Wednesday.

Bonus: If you think Chef Schu couldn’t do any more, you’d be wrong! Heirloom Cookshop also offers catering services and is host to seasonal markets and community events!
