Hinterland Empire – Portland

Trinia Jean opened Hinterland Empire to create and sell adventurous, empowering, and badass apparel for women — and to provide a welcoming, safe space for all. Alongside selling American-made clothes and gifts, Hinterland Empire is a coffee roaster. Trinia and her team roast single-origin and blended coffee, including their “trash panda” roast which is made with perfectly good coffee beans left over from other roasts. They even have their own coffee subscription!
