The menu celebrates the rich history and vibrant flavors of the Philippines. Experiencing Hiraya is two-fold: Downstairs is a casual and welcoming cafe with breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Upstairs offers an elegant and innovative evening dining experience you won’t soon forget. Owner Paolo Dungca, who’s also the co-owner of Pogiboy, teamed up with fellow Filipino restauranteurs Juan and Jeremy Canla to create a unique Filipino cafe experience.
