Il Terrazzo Carmine was founded by Carmine Smeraldo in 1984, and became known as a premiere destination for fine dining and authentic Italian cuisine. Since Carmine’s passing in 2012, his wife Maria has upheld his legacy of impeccable food and hospitality.
