With the help of his brothers, Nader Ibrahim Abudayya opened Jasmine Kitchen in 2016 to share his love of Mediterranean food with Kirkland. His delicious rotisserie chicken, falafel, kebab, and shawarma quickly became community favorites — especially when paired with pita bread or Greek fries doused in tzatziki or garlic sauce. 

Since Nader opened his restaurant, he has been evolving his menu to offer even more delicious dishes to his customers while refusing to sacrifice quality.
