Jett Fuel Java

In 2016, Seattle’s first aviation-inspired coffee shop was born. For Jett Fuel Java’s owner Jeff Jett, it was a natural fit to combine aviation and coffee. Jeff is a pilot and former SeaTac employee and comes from a family of aviators. His dad, a navy veteran, worked at Lockheed Martin for 30 years, his mom worked as a police officer at LAX, and his daughter is currently in the navy. All of the beans at Jett Fuel Java are internationally sourced and roasted in-house.

Bonus: Jett Fuel Java donates a portion of its proceeds to Black Pilots of America, EAA Young Eagles, and AOPA Foundation in an effort to increase youth participation in aviation.
