Khushi’s colorful pink interior and delicious, authentic Indian street food offer a one-of-a-kind dining experience that won’t be easily forgotten! Owners Gita and Oliver Bangera started the restaurant in 2022, turning the space previously occupied by California Pizza Kitchen into a lively, artistic eatery that showcases flavors from four regions of India. 

Sample street food favorites like dahi wada, a fried lentil fritter served with thick yogurt, or idli, a savory rice cake made with fermented black lentils and rice. Pair your meal with a refreshing mango lassi or a cool glass of sugar cane juice or opt for a selection from their curated menu of PNW beers and wines.
