Kibrom’s Ethiopean & Eritrean Food

Kibrom’s Ethiopian & Eritrean Food is a family-owned restaurant in Boise, Idaho. Owners Kibrom Milash and Tirhas Hailu moved to Boise from a refugee camp in Northern Ethiopia in 2013 and opened their first restaurant in Boise in 2016. Despite a fire that destroyed their first location, Kibrom and Tirhas have continued to serve Boise’s community authentic Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine at their current location on State & 35th Street. Kibrom’s offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere where customers can experience the flavors of Ethiopian & Eritrean cuisine and learn about the couple’s inspiring journey.
