At La Cocina Oaxaqueña, owners Misael Dominguez and David Gradwohl pride themselves on the authenticity of their Southern Mexican cuisine. Dominguez sources ingredients from markets in his hometown Etla, Oaxaca, and his family members prepare the food from scratch.
