Alvaro Velasco opened La Fogata with his family in 2002, serving authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine that keeps diners coming back time and time again! The Maple Valley restaurant’s menu offers everything from carne asada to seafood chimichangas, all made from scratch with fresh ingredients. 

Dining with a group? Order their nachos supreme, crisp corn chips topped with your choice of chicken, ground beef, or picadillo, and smothered in melted cheddar cheese, refried beans, sour cream, and of course, guacamole. Yum!
