Las Paletas

Growing up in Mexico, sisters Norma and Irma Paz loved eating paletas, a frozen treat similar to an ice pop. In 2001, they launched “Las Paletas,” hoping to share their culture with Nashville. Following traditional recipes from western Mexico, they serve over 20 flavors each day, all featuring fresh fruit, vegetables, grains, and nuts.
