LASA Sandwiches and Pearls

In 2021, Jhef Romero opened LASA Sandwiches and Pearls with the help of his family, including his parents, wife, sister, and cousins. Since opening the doors, Jhef’s mantra has been that everything needs to be fresh. This mantra is obvious both in LASA Sandwiches and Pearls’ Filipino fusion sandwiches and the refreshing Halo-Halo (classic Filipino shaved ice dessert). Jhef’s offers his own take on traditional Filipino sandwiches, and his mastery of flavors, textures, and presentation make LASA’s food stand out.
