Legacy Coffee in Snohomish prides itself on being “a collision of good things.” As the name implies, you can get all different types of coffee drinks here, but you’ll be surprised to learn you can also get Korean bites here, too. Owners Sylvia and Peter Kim made sure the cozy cafe offered a wide selection of pastries, soups, and sandwiches, and Sylvia began to add some Korean treats as well. The response was very positive, which empowered her to start an evening service she called “Legacy@Nite.” On select Fridays, Legacy Coffee offers Korean-inspired small bites along with beer and wine, or whatever beverage you choose.
