Craving Mexican food? Stop by Los Plebes Tacos, a bright-red cart nestled in the Lil’ America food truck pod. Cousins Eddie and Emmanuel Garcia launched their business in 2021, bringing Portland fresh and authentic tacos, tortas, and burritos served on handmade tortillas. 

Their juicy al pastor (thinly sliced pork) is spit-roasted in-house and served straight off the tromp. Tacos come stuffed with fresh pico de gallo, cilantro, and a drizzle of one of their house-made sauces like Mango Habanero. Pair your meal with a refreshing cup of all-natural horchata or Jamaica juice— perfect for hot days!
