Lunar’s Pho

Lunar’s Pho is a bright, colorful family-run Vietnamese spot new to Tacoma. Co-owners Khanh and Du Dang opened the restaurant in April 2022 with one goal: to ensure each customer left with a smile on their face. That’s why they cook all their food entirely from scratch with fresh ingredients. Their silky pho broth takes an entire day to make, a lengthy process of simmering beef bones, brisket, and ox tail with spices to ensure a rich, balanced savory-sweet flavor. 

In addition to pho you’ll find delicious banh mi sandwiches, rice plates, and vermicelli bowls. Leave some room for dessert: you don’t want to miss out on their cassava cake, baked in-house and topped with candied pineapple.
