After traveling to speak at a United Nations Conference in Morocco in 2016, Lenise Williams became infatuated with the leather artisans and tanneries in Marrakech. This inspiration quickly manifested into a new and exciting business called MADE Leather Company. Now, MADE Leather Company produces Moroccan-inspired leather goods using centuries old techniques. Each handcrafted leather bag is vegetable-tanned and made with natural chemicals.
Fun fact: The business has earned the attention of magazines and even NFL players!
