Mama Dough

Inside Kent’s Great Wall Shopping Mall, you can find a treasure trove of dumplings, hot pot, fried rice, and more. At Mama Dough, pile your plate full of hand-kneaded dumplings as well as noodles hand-stretched by owner Ping Ping Li. The Chinese restaurant has become known in the Kent community for its modern interpretation of classic dishes made using high quality, fresh ingredients. 

Fun fact: Mama Dough was recognized as the new king of soup dumplings in the Seattle area.
