Marla’s Caribbean Cuisine

Marla Jadoonanan grew up in Trinidad and Tobago, where her father instilled a love of cooking in her from a young age. After 18 years as a nurse, Marla followed her lifelong dream, and opened  at Marla’s Caribbean Cuisine, where she serves up food rooted in Trinidad and Tobago with strong Indian influences.
