Seattle firefighter Pat McCoy and his wife Chrystal own McCoy’s Firehouse Bar & Grill. Home to a growing collection of firefighting memorabilia and a popular happy hour menu, the historic building in Pioneer Square originally housed a brothel, then a hotel and other restaurants and taverns.
